Below are projects or people of which I am a big fan. I either avidly follow their creations or am involved in the project via playtesting or some other method.
OPEN LEGEND RPG
Open Legend is a tabletop roleplaying game (or RPG) in which the players play the part of mighty heroes and wicked villains in order to tell stories of epic proportion. In each game of Open Legend, the intrepid characters will fight mythic beasts, break ancient curses, unravel mysterious enigmas, discover treasures untold, and more.
Harebrained Schemes
Harebrained Schemes is an independent game studio led by Jordan Weisman, the creator of Shadowrun, Crimson Skies, BattleTech/MechWarrior, and many other acclaimed settings. Founded in 2011 by Weisman and his partner-in-crime Mitch Gitelman, the Seattle-based studio is centered on deep collaboration between seasoned veterans and fresh talent who share a passion for crafting game worlds and delighting their audience. Bonus: Nathan Weisman, a friend of mine, also happens to work there!
Ryan Schapals - Writer
A close friend of mine, who has been involved in most of my roleplaying shenanigans and whose ideas have always pushed the boundaries and enriched my worlds. He is a writer and worldbuilder himself, currently producing content for HyperRPG and the setting of Amaurea's Dawn for Open Legend RPG

EX VOCEM - RADIO SERIES
Ex Vocem was created by Michael C. Countryman in March of 2016 with the mission of creating engaging entertainment through imaginative narration. This narration took the form of adventures ripe with danger, resolve, and heroism. Ex Vocem started as a single story scribbled in a notebook, until it grew to a reading, then to a script. Urged on by the works of Robert E. Howard, H. P. Lovecraft, and many others, Ex Vocem's tales became taller and more full.
